    Work Permit & Temporary
    Residence     visa Card

    Work Permit is required for foreigners working for a company and receiving payment in Vietnam long-term.

    TRC (Temporary Resident Card) is a document issued by an immigration authority or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to a foreign individual who is permitted to reside in Vietnam for a certain period of time. TRC has the same validity as a visa.

    A work permit is valid up to 2 years while the duration of TRC depends on the entry purpose, visa type, the application and validity period of the passport.
